Course at Askham Bryan College, Thirsk - 1-2 August 2009

Eight pupils braved a continuous monsoon on day one, it was two of the Guild gazebos that saved the day, otherwise we would have had to cancel (a washout rather than a whitewash!)

It is no coincidence therefore that the finished wall was exactly two metres long - the length of two gazebos placed end to end! And of course, everyone finished dry and chirpy.

Sunday dawned dry and balmy, so we decided to try something a bit more challenging, as the slideshow will reveal...
